Welcome to the Club of No Regrets website.

It would be too easy to describe 'Club of No Regrets' as jazz roots and it only tells part of the story. Fronted by ex-Sweet Soul Sister, Teri Bramah (vocals), 'Club' are the vehicle for the richly textured music of Phil Harris (acoustic guitar). The quintet includes Matt Hopkins (electric guitar) Jody Veale (harmonica) and Ken Lush (fretless bass). Phil's songs are a fusion of jazz, blues, folk and ambient pop. Expect an evening of well-crafted arrangements, unforgettable melodies, strong vocal harmonies and songs from their new album 'New Day'.

Club of No Regrets take their name from a seminal 'Forced Entertainments Performance Company' show of the same name produced in 1993. The original line up of Phil Harris (Acoustic guitar), Teri Bramah (vocals), Jody Veale (Harmonica) and Ken Lush (fretless bass) recorded one album: 'So Long' produced by John Tippett and Phil (who wrote the material). The band formed in 1993 and briefly cut a swaithe in the Bristol area for producing a live sound that was as close to hi-fi as was possible (well, that was what people said!). The individual members had many commitments and it proved impossible to maintain the momentum and so the band split up in 1995.

Fast forward to the end on 2008 and the original members decided to reform, together with jazz guitar pyro: Matt Hopkins who was the catalyst and has introduced a new dynamic. The result is a new CD: 'New Day' which the band are currently promoting.

If you're reading this from the website, you can listen to samples from 'New Day' by clicking 'SOUNDBITES'. Otherwise log onto clubofnoregrets.com for more information.

The band may re-master and re-release 'So Long' in the near future.
